I pay to have these shirts custom printed out of my own pocket so unfortunately I cannot offer any returns. The t-shirts run true to size and I made sure that they are high quality and will sustain anything you do with them. 

THE MOTTO

"It only hurts when I don't move" rings true in two different ways. 

1. It is well documented how well movement and exercise helps people to deal with emotional and physical pain. This motto is meant to remind you and everyone around you of that fact. It can be as simple as walking around the block when you really don't feel like it or training for an Ironman. Movement is movement.

2. The phrase is also music to a PT's ears. Anytime a patient is describing their symptoms and they say that when they're moving they feel fine and that it only hurts when they're static it means that pain is coming from something that can be worked with. It most often signals a muscular issue and muscles are malleable and can be trained to be more mobile and stronger. 

DESIGN

This design is meant to evoke the old school style of the free t-shirts that were handed out by PT clinics in the 80s and 90s. These shirts were a bade of honor that you had been through an injury and completed the full journey back to recovery. The design was always simple and seemingly out of date even back then, but the shirt signified something much more than a "cheesy" design.
